Premium Impregnated Casing Shoe/Casing Shoe Bit for Geological Drilling - Suitable for AW, BW, NW, HW, HWT, PW applications

Our casing and rod shoes are meticulously threaded to the end of the outer drill string, ensuring seamless penetration through overburden. They play a pivotal role in seating the outer drill string into the bedrock, creating a tight seal that allows drilling fluids to efficiently return to the surface. Perfect for reaming the casing downward when advancing a casing string in an existing hole, even with the rod string still in place.
Designed with precision, the casing shoe's inside diameter is flush or has clearance to the casing's inside diameter, allowing the core barrel to pass freely through the shoe. Available in both standard and heavy-duty versions, our heavy-duty casing shoes feature an oversized outer diameter and a 6mm crown height for enhanced durability.
