BEST-CR8 Full Hydraulic Core Rig -- an up-to-date Multifunctional and high capability product is a thoroughly new-type hydraulic core drilling developed with reference of HYDX-series Full Hydrau-lic Core Rig and feedback of clients. It is suitable to be used in plains, hills, as well as severe atmosphere places and conditions such as high temperature and cold weather. It is mainly used for metal & nonmetal solid mineral exploration and exploration of coal-bed methane, natural gas mining; hydrogeology well dillig, geothermal well driling, mining gallery, ventilation and drainage of exploratory and emergency construction project. It can also be mainly used in the field of geology, metallurgy, coal mine, non-
ferrous mining and oil, hydrological and engineering drilling. It's one of the multifunctional and excellent performance core rig by using diamond and carbide-tipped bits mainly and the same time it can meet the demand of wire-line coring and top drive,optional bracket device optional bracket device.
1. Full hydraulic drive, steel Crawlers, assembly type mast, the machine is integrated and compact for easy operation in
structure consisting of power station, main hoist, wire line winch and mud pump, etc.
2. It is adopted dual pump and motor and closed-loop hydraulic circuits for rotation of unit head; and open-loop design is
adopted for all other hydraulic transmission. It is adopted precursor control and load-sensing for the hydraulic system. The system
is controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional integratedly and intensively.
3. The structure of doubling system between cylinder & chain is adopted for the feeding and lifting of drill head, i.e. with the
function, if the piston rod of oil cylinder moving one certain distance, the spindle movement will double the distance. Lifting capac-
ity and feeding capacity is separately upto to 295 kN, 152kN.
4. Rotation of drill head spindle is driven by dual-motor with closed loop hydraulic circuits, aided with three-speed mechanical
gearbox. Max torque of spindle out-put can be up to 7200 N.M(170rpm), and the torque at high speed is increased efficaciously.
5. Adopting translational device drived by hydraulic motor to the drill head, this make the spindle move away from the drilling
hole thoroughly and this is easier for the wire-line coring operation and the in-hole work requirement.
6. Convenient for making-up and shackle in the duration of drilling, shackles is adopted in the front of mast. This will reduce
the intensity labour of operator and increase the work efficiency.
7. It's easier for operators to get on and off the worktable and convenient for their operation on the panel.
8. The hydraulic clamp and centralizer are adopted to the top of drlling hole.
